Participating coffee locations are independently operated and availability may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Lobsters LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse of the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data subject to legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
